Things we will not do.

Most trades sites only list what they sell. These are the limits, up front, so you are not surprised on the day.

We do not do duct cleaning

Not in-house, and we will not upsell it. If airflow is weak we check filters, blower, and coils first, which fixes most complaints.

We do not book from chat

The assistant answers from our knowledge base. It does not hold time slots, dispatch technicians, or ask for your details in the conversation. When you need a person it opens a short form instead.

We do not give fake arrival times

You get a callback window. During freezing rain that window moves, and we will say so rather than quote you a minute we cannot hit.

We do not stack discounts on emergencies

Seasonal tune-up promos happen. They do not apply to emergency no-heat calls. Straight pricing either way.

We do not silence CO alarms

A sounding alarm is not a nuisance to be disabled. We inspect heat exchangers, venting, and draft, and we red-tag unsafe installs rather than signing them off.

We do not replace what we can repair

We are repair-first. We recommend replacement when the repair cost stops making sense or when safety is at risk, and not before.

  • Called at seven in the morning with no heat and a house at twelve degrees. They gave me a window instead of a promise, and the tech landed inside it. Told me what the part cost before he touched anything.
    Deanna R. · Mount Pearl
  • Heat pump was icing over every second night. Turned out to be the defrost board, not the refrigerant top-up two other outfits tried to sell me.
    Sean H. · Paradise
  • Split line in the crawl space on a Sunday. I shut the main off, sent photos through the form, and had a callback first thing Monday with a real number attached.
    Marilyn B. · Torbay
  • Old house downtown, furnace in a crawl space you genuinely have to crawl into. First crowd that measured before quoting instead of after.

Behind the website

Every message lands somewhere.

Chat answers from what we told it. When you need a person it opens a ticket with the whole conversation attached, so nobody makes you tell the story twice.

You ask

Hours, pricing, whether we cover your community, what to check first.

It answers

From our knowledge base only. It will not invent a price or hold a time slot.

We follow up

A ticket opens with the thread attached and a callback window, not a fake minute.

Tell us what changed.

Your community, the system type, and what it is doing now. That is enough to line up the right next step.
