Do I need to install anything on my site?

Nope. I install and set up everything for you. You just log in when you want to check leads or reply to a ticket.

What is the difference between a lead and a ticket?

A lead is usually a form fill you want to follow up on. A ticket is a live conversation thread. When you hit Reply on a lead, or a chat gets handed off, it opens a ticket so you reply in the dashboard and the customer gets an email. Tickets keep the whole back-and-forth in one place.

What do I actually use day to day?

Your customers use your website. You use the VinRaven dashboard. That is where conversations, leads, and ticket threads show up. I take care of the knowledge base, the chat, and the upkeep.

What if VinRaven does not know the answer?

It will not make something up. The visitor opens a ticket right from the chat, you get a heads-up, and the full conversation comes attached so you already know what they asked.

Can customers book appointments through the chat?

Yes. They pick a service and a time right inside the widget. VinRaven only shows slots that fit your real business hours and the appointments already on your books, so nothing gets double-booked. The customer gets a confirmation email and a reminder, the booking lands on your calendar, and it shows up in your dashboard.

Does it sync with my calendar?

Two-way with Google and Outlook. A new booking creates an event on your calendar, and your existing events block the open slots so the chat never offers a time you are already busy. For anything else, there is an ICS feed you can subscribe to from any calendar app.

Can I reply from my phone?

Yep. Open the dashboard on your phone to read threads and fire back replies, same as you would on a laptop.

How long does setup take?

Most businesses are live within a few days. You send me your details and sign off on the wording, I handle the technical side and send your login when it is ready.

Is this something I have to build myself?

Not at all. You are not wiring up integrations or babysitting a widget. I set it all up and keep your info current based on your plan.

Is my customer data private?

Yes. Your account is walled off from everyone else. Your chats, leads, and tickets stay yours, full stop.

Can I cancel or pause?
